chic meets culinary art in the historic King Plow Arts
Center at a 100-year old renovated plow factory in Atlanta's
trendy Westside. Food Studio serves regional American
food emphasizing fresh, innovative ingredients; the
restaurant also offers private dining for up to 100,
as well as patio dining and an extensive wine menu.
Executive Chef Mark Alba
Executive Chef Mark Alba has worked in some of the finest
restaurants in Atlanta, where he has honed his skills
as a leading chef. With more than 14 years of experience
in the food industry, Alba comes to The Food Studio
directly from Eno, where he served as executive chef
until October 2002. Alba also worked as executive chef
for Padriac’s in Roswell, as well as Spice in
midtown. He began his career in Atlanta as sous chef
at Hotel Nikko, then became sous chef at Canoe, where
he worked for more than three years under Executive
Chef Gary Mennie.
